Girls and Boys ages 10-18 yrs old - 2023 NB3 National Champions!

TJG: Congratulations, Angela, on your national championship win a few months ago at the NB3 National Championship in Louisiana at Coushatta Resort and Casino. What was your expectation going into the National Championship?

Angela: I knew I had a good chance of winning coming into the National Championship, but I tried to not get too far ahead of myself and take it one shot at a time.

TJG: Talk about the highlights and your overall experience of not only playing in but winning the NB3 National Championship. What part of your game was on fire for the week? Any strategies or daily goals that you’d like to share?

Angela: 2023 was my 4th straight year of playing in the NB3 National Championship, and I have always loved coming back to Coushatta, so it was very special to finally win the championship. It was great to see all parts of my game come together that week and play three solid rounds of golf.

TJG: Talk about how well this tournament is run overall.

Angela: The NB3 National Championship is an extremely well-run event with so many activities, skills competitions, and fun opportunities throughout the week. Additionally, the golf course is always in pristine condition, and the TV coverage is an added bonus.
